PE-100 Benchtop Plasma System
Plasma Etch's newly improved PE-100 bench-top system now has a digital mass flow meter and precision needle valve as standard equipment. This precision R&D system is supplied with an oxygen service vacuum pump or an optional oil free scroll pump, multiple mass flow controllers and reactive ion electrode.
