Genesis Tech Center – Engineering and Prototyping
The new GTC is a dynamic problem solving design and manufacturing center. OEM’s are encouraged to work on site, hand and hand with the dedicated GTC Renegade Squad. Unconventional resources and methods will be deployed to assist engineers solve even the most technically challenged projects turning unimaginable ideas in to medical device breakthroughs.
Quick Wire/Tubing Materials
Materials in 24 hours! Wire materials in-stock include 304/316 LVM Stainless Steel, Nitinol, PTFE Coated 304 Stainless Steel and more. Wire sizes range from .003” - .156” in 70”-73” lengths and diameter tolerances of +/- .0002” for most materials. Tubing is available in 304 Stainless Steel in a wide variety of sizes. Custom fabrication services are available upon request.

This newly created platform is a proven “One Source” for manufacturing, assembly, and value-added services. This includes quality and efficient production of a wide variety of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies and finished medical devices. Highlights include:

By combining American Medical Instruments’ needle manufacturing expertise with NEPG’s Accu-Point needle pointing technology, the finest needle products can be produced in a timely fashion. In addition, finished Huber, Spinal and Epidural needles are now available for off-the-shelf purchases.
